XBD-MTU 喷油泵试验台

MTU喷油泵试验台是我公司根据油泵油嘴行业要求自行设计研制的最新一代柴油机燃油喷射系统检测调试设备。该产品主传动采用当今最先进的变频调速技术，无级调速范围可达0－4000rpm，转速稳定，输出扭矩大，超低噪音。试验台转速、量油计数、燃油温度、气体压力、齿杆行程、提前角等功能，全部用数字显示，显示清晰、工作可靠、控制精度高。该试验台最突出的一个特点是：具有多档转速预置，预置转速快、精度高，这样大大地节省了调泵时间，提高了工作效率。试验台根据功率分5.5千瓦、7.5千瓦、11千瓦、15千瓦、18.5千瓦、22千瓦、55千瓦等各种规格。

一、MTU喷油泵试验台主要特点

1、主机传动采用变频调速，调速范围在±4000转/分。

2、量油计数、主轴转速、齿杆行程、提前角度，均采用四位数显。

3、燃油温度、气体压力为三位数显。

4、手动调速和转速多档预置。

5、0-0.25Mpa气源输出,内置式打气泵。

6、具有DC12V和DC24V稳压电源输出。

7、主机为槽钢框架结构，整体结构紧凑、稳固。

8、壳体采用静电喷塑，机壳美观。

二、MTU喷油泵试验台的用途

MTU喷油泵试验台根据所调试的油泵，选用适当的附具，可进行如下项目的调试：

1、测试不同转速下喷油泵的各缸供油量和供油均匀性。

2、测试喷油泵的供油始点及供油间隔角度。

3、调速器工作性能的检查及调整。

4、压力补偿性能的测试及检查。

5、分配泵工作性能的测试及调整。

6、冷启动装置及电磁阀性能检查。

7、分配泵各种转速下的回油量测量。

8、分配泵各种转速下的内压测定。

9、喷油泵密封性能实验。

10、检查输油泵自吸功能。

11、存储、修改喷油泵调试数据并生成数据库。

12、常见柴油机喷油泵调试数据的快速查询。

一、喷油泵试验台主要特点

I The main features:

1试验台控制系统采用专用工业控制计算机和数字仪表独立双系统控制,互不影响，有效避免了因振动对控制和显示系统造成的故障和破坏。
